Content: Hi, I bought your left handed mouse, Lekvey wireless 2.4 G USB left handed ergonomic vertical mouse, on May 25, 2020. I used it successfully until last month, when it started not tracking properly. Nothing happened to it, and I see no issues or dust anywhere. The batteries were new and still fine. The mouse is essentially unusable now. Can you please contact me about replacement or let me know if there is some way to reset the mouse? Thank you, Cindy

I have complained about this issue and i had received a second piece but same behavior with second piece as well after few months of usage.
